Tom Shebrek is President of DRIE-SWO.
Tom has been in the fields of Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management and Disaster Recovery for more than 15 years. He is currently leading the Enterprise Crisis and Business Continuity division at Canadian Tire. Tom has been an instructor at York University and is currently teaching at Mohawk College. In addition to leading his own company, Advanced Resilience International (ARI), Tom has held senior positions at Walmart, Research in Motion (RIM) / Blackberry and Sun Life Financial.
Tom is a long standing executive member of the Disaster Recovery Information Exchange - Southwestern Ontario chapter (DRIE-SWO) and currently holds the position of president. He co-chairs the Private Sector Partnership Working Group supporting Canada's Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (sanctioned by the United Nations) and participates in several related events and conferences throughout the country each year.

Kim Sachau is Past President of DRIE-SWO.
Kim is the Business Continuity Manager at MCAP in Kitchener, Ontario. She holds the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation from DRI Canada and the MBCI certification from the Business Continuity Institute. Kim joined the DRIE SWO Executive in 2006 and served as President from 2008 to 2015.
Kim Sachau is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, which she obtained while working on the Six Sigma Team at GE Information Technology Solutions (ITS) for two years prior to joining the Disaster Recovery Team as a consultant in 2001.
As a consultant, Kim has assisted clients with their Business Impact Analysis, with Plan Development (Crisis Management, Business Resumption, Disaster Recovery), Testing and Maintenance.
Mike Fiorino is Vice-President and Treasurer of DRIE-SWO.
Mike is a BCM Relationship Manager with the Enterprise BCCM Group at TD Bank, based in London, Ontario. Mike has held various Project and BCM / DR related positions in the bank since 1989, and has spent the past 9 years with TD's Enterprise Business Continuity team where his focus is on providing BC tool training, analytics, guidance and advice to internal TD Bank Business Units on business continuity planning and testing, along with Incident / Crisis Management, Governance and BC Strategies.
Mike is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and has been a member of DRIE-SWO since 2007.

Debbie Johnson is Membership Director of DRIE-SWO.
Debbie is currently employed at BMO Financial Group as a Specialist in the Enterprise Business Continuity Management group in downtown Toronto. She works with a team of BCM-risk management professionals who work with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities.
Prior to this, she worked for CIBC Mellon and for Ernst & Young, specializing in Business Continuity work. She also has experience in IT Audit and Network Administration.
Debbie currently holds the position as Secretary for DRIE-SWO and previously held the Treasurer position for approximately 5 years. Deb is a Certified Business Continuity Professional since 2003 and also has her MBCI designation with the BCI.

Shanda Chronowich is Secretary of DRIE-SWO.
Shanda is a Senior Manager in MNP’s Business Resilience Practice, with over 20 years’ experience focused solely on business continuity and emergency management.
Shanda has worked extensively with various organizations in business continuity, crisis management and emergency management. Shanda has worked with public and private sector clients, across a variety of industries.
Prior to working at MNP Shanda was the National Practice Lead for Business Resilience at Protiviti, the Director of Business Continuity at Resolve Corporation, Manager at PwC, and Manager of BCP for Fidelity Investments Canada.

Pam de Boer is the Program Director of DRIE-SWO.
For over 30 years, Pam has enjoyed various roles in the insurance and insurance-related industries. These roles have been primarily Marketing and Sales related for insurers and brokerages and for the past 7 years, as Business Development Director (Ontario) for Paul Davis, one of North America's largest Property Damage Restoration Companies.
In addition to assisting the DRIE SWO Program Manager, Pam is the Past President of the Toronto Insurance Women's Association, sits on the Board of Directors for the Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Foundation and is a volunteer with Hospice Simcoe,
Pam facilitates numerous seminars for insurance brokers and insurance institutes throughout Ontario. She holds “Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP), Canadian Risk Management (CRM) and WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and CSP designations.

Danielle French is the Sponsorship Director of DRIE-SWO.
Danielle started with MCAP in 1999. In 2005, Danielle took on the responsibility for the Business Continuity Program and currently holds the title of Director of Privacy and Security.
In this role, Danielle is responsible to ensure MCAP is well positioned to respond to any event that could impact their technology, people or one of their nine offices across Canada.
Danielle has the Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification with DRI Canada and is a long term DRIE-SWO member.
Andrew Lee is Publicity Director of DRIE-SWO.
Andrew has worked in the power generation and critical utility supply industry for over 20 years. In his present role as Strategic Account Manager for Total Power Limited, he assists companies and organizations throughout Canada with development and implementation of power generation solutions to maximize the effectiveness of their business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
His experiences on the front lines of major utility outages and with executives across various industry sectors provide him with a unique perspective on how to best prepare for the increasingly frequent power disruptions that affect us all.

Ian Winsor is Session Director of DRIE-SWO.
In his 'day job' Ian is Director, Information Technology at Community Trust Company in Mississauga, ON.
In this role, Ian oversees all IT projects and operations, manages vendors relationships, audit compliance, and the corporate BC and DR Plans. He has previously held DR focused positions with a number of employers, as well at various IT management and supervisory roles..
Ian graduated from the DeVry Institute of Technology in 1985 and attained his ABCP and became an member of DRIE-SWO in 2007.
George Hemming is a Publications Director of DRIE-SWO.
George is a Project Manager and DR specialist at BlackBerry in Waterloo, Ontario. George’s past experience includes various business continuity positions in Insurance and Travel companies and Project Management and Operations experience in Banking and Engineering firms.
He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and past President of a CIBC Toast Master Club with a Certified Toast Master Certificate (CTM) in Public Speaking.

Jim Loyer is a Publications Director of DRIE-SWO.
Jim is currently Manager, Business Continuity at Spectra Energy, working out of the Union Gas Limited business unit Head Office in Chatham, ON.
Jim holds an MBA and Honours BComm from the University of Windsor, a CBCP from DRI Canada and a Master's Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University School of Business.
Jim has served as Chair, Board of Directors, C-K YMCA, an instructor for both the University of Windsor and St. Clair College, a Race Director with Triathlon Ontario, President, the Association for Systems Management, Chatham and is a certified Master Official for Swim Ontario.

|Annie Prange is an executive member of DRIE-SWO.
Annie is currently a management consultant in Business Continuity. Her employment experience includes working with BlackBerry in Cambridge as a Program Manager Business Continuity within the Enterprise Business Continuity Management Team.
Her primary focus within Blackberry was holistic in nature by engaging various business groups within BlackBerry including Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain to meet the needs the Corporate Business Continuity Program. She holds an MBCI designation with BCI, a Certified Functional Business Continuity Professional with DRI Canada and has passed her MBCP examination with DRI International.
