Mike Fiorino is President of DRIE-SWO. Mike is BCM Relationship Manager with the Enterprise BCM Group at TD Bank, based in London, Ontario. He has held various Project and BCM / DR related positions in the bank since 1989, spending the past 9 years with the TD Enterprise Business Continuity team where his focus is on providing BC tool training, analytics, guidance and advice to internal TD Bank Business Units on business continuity planning and testing, along with Incident / Crisis Management, Governance and BC Strategies. | Tom Shebrek is past President and current Sponsorship Director of DRIE-SWO. Tom is currently leading the Enterprise Crisis and Business Continuity division at Canadian Tire and has has been in the fields of Emergency & Risk Management, BCP and DR for more than 15 years. He has instructed at York University and Mohawk College & in addition to leading his own company, Advanced Resilience International (ARI), has held senior positions at Walmart, RIM / Blackberry and Sun Life Financial. Tom co-chairs the Private Sector Partnership Working Group supporting Canada's Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction (sanctioned by the United Nations) and participates in several related events and conferences throughout the country each year. Kim Sachau is past President and the current Treasurer of DRIE-SWO. Kim is Business Continuity Manager at MCAP in Kitchener, Ontario. She holds the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation from DRI Canada and the MBCI certification from the Business Continuity Institute. Kim served as President of DRIE-SWO from 2008 to 2015. Kim Sachau is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, obtained while on the Six Sigma Team at GE Information Technology Solutions (ITS) prior to joining the Disaster Recovery Team as a consultant in 2001. Shanda Chronowich is Secretary of DRIE-SWO. Shanda is a Senior Manager in MNP’s Business Resilience Practice, with over 20 years experience focused solely on business continuity and emergency management. Shanda has worked extensively with various organizations in business continuity, crisis management and emergency management. Shanda has worked with public and private sector clients, across a variety of industries. Prior to working at MNP Shanda was the National Practice Lead for Business Resilience at Protiviti, the Director of Business Continuity at Resolve Corporation, Manager at PwC, and Manager of BCP for Fidelity Investments Canada. Pam de Boer is the Vice-President and Co-Program Director of DRIE-SWO. Pam has enjoyed various roles in the insurance and insurance-related industries. For the past 10 years, she has held vaious roles with Paul Davis Restoration, Inc., one of North America's largest property damage restoration firms. In her current role as Continuing Education Director, she manages the Continuing Education Program for the North American network. Pam is Past President of the Toronto Insurance Women's Association and sits on the Board for the Kelly Shires Breast Cancer Foundation. She facilitates seminars for the Paul Davis network throughout North America, and for insurance brokers & insurance institutes in Canada. Pam holds the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP), Canadian Risk Management (CRM), WRT (Water Restoration Technician) and CSP designations. | Ian Winsor is Session Director of DRIE-SWO. In his 'day job' Ian is Director, Information Technology at Community Trust Company in Mississauga, ON. In this role, Ian oversees all IT projects and operations, manages vendors relationships, audit compliance, and the corporate BC and DR Plans. He has previously held DR focused positions with a number of employers, as well at various IT management and supervisory roles. Jim Loyer is a Publications Director for DRIE-SWO. Jim is retired, having last served as Manager, Business Continuity for Spectra Energy Limited. .Jim was Board Chair, YMCAs Across Southwestern Ontario, an instructor at the University of Windsor & St. Clair College, a Race Director for Triathlon Ontario, President, the Association for Systems Management and is a certified Master Official for Swim Ontario. Jim holds an MBA & an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (University of Windsor), a CBCP (DRI Canada) & a Masters Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University. | Annie Prange is co-Program Director for DRIE-SWO. Annie is currently a management consultant in Business Continuity. Her experiences include working with BlackBerry in Cambridge as a Program Manager Business Continuity within the Enterprise Business Continuity Management Team. Her primary focus within Blackberry was holistic in nature, supporting various business groups including Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain to meeting the needs the Corporate Business Continuity Program. She holds an MBCI designation with BCI, a Certified Functional Business Continuity Professional with DRI Canada and has passed her MBCP examination with DRI International.
